The apartment has its own wooden-deck terrace and a private, fenced garden with panoramic views of the Zahmer Kaiser mountain range.

28 m² fenced garden directly connected to the terrace. Great for children and pets.

🏊 Luegsteinsee Lake
Just a 2-minute walk (approx. 300 m) to the lake – perfect for a refreshing swim.

The bathroom was fully renovated in 2024 and fitted with modern underfloor heating. Other rooms have radiators.

Newly installed in 2024, control panel on the wall next to the door.

Manually adjustable via the thermostat on each radiator.

The 360° rotating fan is located in the bedroom and provides pleasant air circulation on warm days.

A selection of Harry Potter toys is available in the living room cupboard.

Found in the living room cupboard. Please return all pieces after playing.
🎥 Projector in the Bedroom
Perfect for a cozy movie night in bed. Netflix comes preconfigured — please select the "FeWo JoJo" profile.
📺 TV in the Living Room
Netflix, YouTube and more, usable via your own account.
🎭 Costume
The costume is stored in the wardrobe in the bedroom.
🔐 Safe
The safe is also located in the wardrobe in the bedroom.
🧺 Clean Towels
Clean towels are available in the wardrobe in the bedroom.
🛏️ Futon Mattress
A floor futon mattress (75 × 195 × 10 cm) is also stored in the wardrobe in the bedroom.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for self-catering.
🍳 Cooking Area
Stove, oven, air fryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, and countertop.
☕ Coffee Machine
For the perfect start to the day.
🚴 Bike Room
This room is located right next to the key box. If you would like access, please contact us and we will happily provide you with the access code.
👶 Travel Cot
Available on request for toddlers, easy to set up and fold away.
🗑️ Waste Sorting
The bins are located to the left of the house entrance.
Our plants especially appreciate a little water on warm and dry days.

Luegsteinsee Lake
Idyllic swimming lake right on the doorstep – perfect for a refreshing dip, an evening walk or a relaxed family afternoon.
Hechtsee Lake
Crystal-clear mountain lake between Kiefersfelden and Kufstein with a lovely loop trail, swimming spots and beautiful alpine scenery.
Zahmer Kaiser & Walchsee
The gentler side of the Kaiser Mountains with panoramic trails, traditional alpine huts and views over Lake Walchsee. Perfect for families, relaxed hikes and sunsets.
Wilder Kaiser (Going · Ellmau · Söll)
The most famous Kaiser panorama in Tyrol: dramatic peaks, alpine trails, mountain huts and spectacular viewpoints. Great for hiking in summer and close to SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental in winter.
Astberg Going – Balcony of the Wilder Kaiser
Take the Astberg lift to one of the region’s finest viewpoints. At the top: Astbergsee lake, Kaiser views, short walking routes and very photogenic views over Going and Ellmau.
Kaisertal Valley
One of Austria’s most beautiful alpine valleys between Zahmer Kaiser and Wilder Kaiser. The classic ascent starts with around 280 steps and rewards you with huts, waterfalls and dramatic mountain scenery.
Walchsee Lake (Tyrol)
A pleasantly warm swimming lake at the foot of Zahmer Kaiser. Very nice for families, lakeside walks and relaxed swimming days.
Thiersee Lake
Turquoise lake in Tyrol with a relaxed atmosphere, ideal for warm days and a short trip across the border.
Wendelstein
Iconic peak with a historic mountain railway, panoramic trails and wide views over the Inn Valley and the Bavarian Alps.
Schliersee Lake
A smaller, beautiful alpine lake with Bavarian charm – great for a walk, café stop or short hike.
Tegernsee Lake
Elegant alpine lake with lakeside promenades, beer gardens, cafés and beautiful views – especially nice for a day trip.
Kufstein Fortress
Historic fortress above the Inn River with old town, panoramic views and the famous Heroes’ Organ. Very close and perfect for mixed weather.
Rattenberg
Austria’s smallest town: glass shops, medieval lanes and lovely cafés – small, charming and easy to reach.
Chiemsee Lake
The “Bavarian Sea” with boat trips, Herreninsel island and Herrenchiemsee palace – a classic day trip.
